Custom Development: Reengineer or create custom solutions using SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or other extension mechanisms.
Testing: Perform extensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the system is functioning according to the business requirements.
Deploy Phase
Cutover Planning: Finalize the cutover plan, which includes freezing changes, preparing for downtime, and executing the data migration.
Golive: Transition the system into production after successful testing.
EndUser Training: Train users on new processes and functionalities with a focus on the SAP Fiori interface and any other key features.
Run Phase
